Matt has been an integral part of the WeissEarley Team for more than 15 years. He started in an entry-level position that he held for five years and moved to a Forman position that he held for ten years. Matt was promoted to assistant maintenance production manager, where he continues to grow and be an effective part of the day-to-day operations at WeissEarley.
